he BSF invites online applications for the direct advertisement of Head Constable (Ministerial/ Combat Ministerial) in CAPF and Havildar (Clerk) in the Assam Rifle examination 2024.

CAPF HC Ministerial Vacancy 2024

The 10% of vacancies would be reserved for the Ex-Servicemen, however, if the seats remain vacant, the non-ESW candidates would be recruited for the position based on the final merit list. 

CAPF HC Ministerial Eligibility Criteria 2024

Steps to apply for the 2024 CAPF HC Ministerial Recruitment

Candidates willing to apply for the CAPF HC recruitment drive conducted by BSF can follow the below steps to submit the application form once the authority opens the portal on 9 June 2024:

  • Go to the official website of the BSF at https://rectt.bsf.gov.in/
  • Next, scroll down to the current openings on the webpage. 
  • You will find the recruitment details of BSF HC Recruitment with the Apply Here option.
  • Next, click on Apply Here and enter your name, mobile number, and email ID on the portal to generate OTP. 
  • Next, enter the received OTP on the portal and complete the OTP verification. 
  • Now, enter your address details and other details on the portal carefully. 
  • Next, review all the entries before moving to the next stage of the application. 
  • Next. enter your qualification details, and work experience (if any) on the portal. 
  • Next, upload the documents that support your claim in the application form on the portal.
  • Now, move to the payment section of the application form and pay your applicable application fee as per your category. 
  • After the successful transaction, a confirmation message of the successful application will pop on your screen. 

Remember, to take a printout of your submitted application form for future purposes. The authority will publish the admit card and examination date shortly after the opening of the portal for the application of HC recruitment. 

Candidates should apply for recruitment as soon as the application window opens on the recruitment portal of the BSF without waiting for the deadline, 8 July 2024,  to avoid any mistakes and errors during the application.

CAPF Head Constable Recruitment 2024 Selection Process


To be recruited for Head Constable (HC) Ministerial/ Combatant Ministerial), Havaldar (Clerk), and Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI)- Stenographer posts candidates have to undergo 3 stages of recruitment exam which includes the Physical Test, Computer Base Test (CBT), Skill Test, Documents Verification and Medical Examination (DME/RME).

  • Stage 1 – Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
     
  • Stage 2 – Computer Base Test (CBT)
  •  
  • Stage 3 – Skill Test, Documents Verification, and Medical examination (DME/RME)

CAPF Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Physical Efficiency Test (PET) is qualifying in nature and no marks will be awarded for the PET test. PET will be done through their performances as per the following parameters.

Male 1.6 Kms Race – To be completed within 06 minutes
Female 800 meter Race – To be completed within 04 minutes 45 seconds.
